Is there storage?
Yes, In addition to ample closet space, each condo is assigned a secure storage unit in the underground heated garage or common area hall. Sizes vary so please consult the unit specs.

Is there a warranty?
Yes, the developer offers a one-year comprehensive limited warranty. A dedicated customer service representative will handle all issues during this period.

The 2024 residential tax rate is $12.23 per $1,000 of assessed rate. Homeowners are advised to assume 100% assessment for the calculation of real estate taxes. In other words, use the total purchase price of your home.

Each unit has an individual mailbox located in the first floor entryway where packages are also delivered.

What will the historic house be used for?
The historic house will be renovated and converted into two 1-bedroom units each with approximately 1,200 SF. The existing garage will be converted into bicycle storage.
