Lexington – “The Birthplace of American Liberty”

In April 1775 the first battle of the American Revolution took place in Lexington. Nearly 250 years later Lexington achieved another milestone when it became the first town to be designated an MBTA community by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  The Lex Residences is the first development approved by the Planning Board under the MBTA/Village Overlay District zone.

Situated on approximately 1.59 acres within walking distance to Lexington’s bustling downtown, The Lex Residences will feature 32 condominium units overall including 30 units in a newly constructed 3 story mid-rise building and 2 units in a relocated and renovated historic house.
